Around the corner....I have a friend in this city...
In this city that has no end...

The days go by... and weeks rush on...
and before I know it....a year has gone....

And I never see my old friend's face,
for life is a terrible race....

Tomorrow I say...I will call you my friend...
Just to tell you that I have been thinking of you...

But tomorrow comes and goes...
and the distance between me and my friend grows and grows....
